Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Spring Camp

Summer Baseball

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the board. The board reserves the right to deny any request. To submit a request, please provide a written statement including the player's name and the reason for the request. Requests can be sent via mail to our PO Box or electronically to a board member. All requests must be received by July 1st of the season in question. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed during the next scheduled board meeting.
